UFO Heavy Duty Disc Cultivator

Straw incorporation 
Residues mixing on the top soil at a depth of 2" - 5" (5cm – 12cm) promotes straw decomposition and nutrient release. While conventional discs just size residues, UFO chops, pulverises and incorporates them at shallow depth.  

Soil structure restoring and field conditioning 
UFO preserves soil structure without aggressive soil movement and no compaction in relation to conventional discs. It also promotes an increase of organic matter content on superficial sold layers, creating an ideal environment for soil bacteria. This tillage operation covers 60% of residues while 40% are left on the top, preventing erosion and improving water retention.  

Weed control
To achieve maximum yield potential, it is necessary to get rid of weed competition. The UFO does a great job reducing weed competition.

Surface Disc Cultivator

The VELOCE is a light disc harrow for shallow seedbed preparation (up to 10cm). Discs are arranged on two rows with opposing disc direction; wide spacing (62cm) between rows prevents any soil and crop residue clogging. 

Every disc has its own independent hub with super-sealed long-life bearings lubricated in oil bath; maintenance time is kept to a minimum. 

Elements are linked to the frame by a silent block system with four rubber dampeners which absorb all vertical stresses and require no recurring greasing as alternative systems do.
